Case Studies
Our team has a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, each unique in its own way. Our projects showcase our design approach and how we work closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Explore some of the types of build you’ll see in our case studies:
New Builds: New builds refer to properties constructed from the ground up. These homes are designed to meet modern standards and can be customised to the owner’s preferences. They often incorporate the latest energy-efficient technologies and contemporary designs.
Home Extensions: Home extensions involve adding additional space to an existing property. This can include expanding a kitchen, adding a new bedroom, or even creating a larger living area. Extensions are a great way to increase the value of a home and accommodate growing families without the need to move.
Loft Conversions: Loft conversions transform unused attic space into functional living areas, such as bedrooms, offices, or playrooms. This process often involves installing proper insulation and stair access to ensure safety and comfort. Loft conversions maximise a home’s potential, making it more spacious and versatile.
Garage Conversions: Garage conversions turn a garage into a livable space that can be utilised as a home office, gym, or additional bedroom. This type of renovation can enhance a property’s functionality while retaining the option to convert it back to a garage if needed. It’s an effective way to use existing structures without major construction.
Outbuildings: Outbuildings are structures on a property separate from the main house. These can include sheds, guesthouses, or workshops. Outbuildings offer additional space for storage, hobbies, or even rental opportunities, enhancing the overall utility of the property.
